Why it matters for AI work
AI can make a shot.
It can’t decide which shot the story needs.
That decision is the job. Years of character animation for studios taught me camera, timing, staging and performance, and I bring all of it to AI filmmaking.
- Plan first. Every shot starts in Blender, Maya or Unreal Engine, so the AI follows a clear direction instead of guessing.
- Direct the AI. I decide what belongs in the frame, what the camera does and how the moment should feel.
- Review everything. Keep the strongest takes, regenerate the weak ones, then edit it into one film.
For clients, that means your idea stays in control. The AI serves the plan, not the other way round.
The toolkit

Inside the shot
The imagination is mine.
So is the shot planning.
Previsualization for filmmaking, short films, music videos and cinematic AI video. I plan camera, timing, composition, staging and movement in Blender, Maya or Unreal Engine, then generate the final shots with Seedance 2.5.
Plan the shot
Camera, timing, composition, staging and movement are blocked in Blender, Maya or Unreal Engine.
Generate with Seedance 2.5
The planned previs guides the final AI video generation in Seedance 2.5.
Select, regenerate, edit
I review every generation, keep the strongest shots, regenerate weak ones and edit the final sequence in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
From Blender previs
to raw Seedance 2.5.
One comparison viewer for each sequence. Drag the divider to explore the playblast and its generated output together.
Raw generation is part of the process.
These are raw Seedance 2.5 outputs, not final edited films. They may contain AI artifacts, inconsistent details or motion errors. I review each generation, select the shots that work and edit them manually. Shots that do not work are regenerated with revised direction or removed. The final film is assembled from the strongest usable shots, with deliberate pacing and continuity.

Meet the filmmaker
Balamanikandan C.
An animator’s instinct.
A filmmaker’s perspective.
I’m an AI filmmaker and 3D character animator based in Chennai, India. My background includes work with Pixel Zoo Animation, EDEN, Technicolor Games, Saffronic and Sparky Animation.
Today, I bring that production experience to original AI films and previsualization for filmmaking, short films, music videos and cinematic AI video. My workflow is not just prompting: I plan shots in Blender, Maya and Unreal Engine, generate with Seedance 2.5, then review, regenerate and edit the final cut by hand. Character performance, camera language and visual storytelling sit at the centre of my process.
Open to roles and creative collaborations.
